Chris Swisher, age 74, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025. He was born the son of Colleen Bunn and John Swisher on August 25, 1950, in Des Moines, Iowa
He loved long car rides, playing poker, camping, fishing, building battle ships, and most of all, spending quality time with family.
He is survived by his children, Michelle (Jeff) Kataoka, Mary Swisher, Christine (Bret) Bellis; grandchildren, Corey, Kelsey, Corbin, Christian, Hannah, Caitlyn, and Grace; 3 great grandchildren; siblings, Randy (Becky), Janis, Rob (Coleen), and Lisa (Jaime).
Chris was preceded in death by his wife, Connie; parents, John and Colleen Swisher; and his dog, Molly.
Celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Our hearts are heavy with the loss of Chris Swisher, but we find comfort in knowing he is now reunited with Connie in heaven. Their love lives on beyond this world, and their memories will forever be cherished. May you feel peace in the midst of sorrow and strength in the love that surrounds you.
